At Lowther we love Phonics. We have lots of interesting phonics activities available to keep us engaged and learning. Here's a snapshot of some of our phonics works, activities and events. |

Phonics is one part of how we teach children to read at Lowther. At Lowther we follow 'Essential Letters and Sounds' from the Government guidelines of teaching phonics. This is six phases of learning which runs from Nursery into Year 2.
